Why are we looking for a Digital Marketeer?

Bright Cape is growing fast and wants to further expand this growth in the coming years. We want to increase our brand and its visibility. That is why we are looking for a Digital Marketer who can help to further expand our online strategy. The focus is mainly on generating leads and converting them into potential sales.  Speaking in terms of Formula One racing, we want to move up on the pole position in the data science starting grid. Are you up for the challenge?

You are responsible for

Lead Generation

  • Translating the (commercial) goals into a digital marketing approach. You determine how you will generate more leads that then have to be converted into trials.
  • Carrying out paid campaigns via Google, social media, and other websites and platforms.
  • Developing our SEO strategy including managing our copywriter and maintaining our blog page.
  • Optimizing the website in order to increase conversion. You also come up with smart call-2-actions and ideas for downloadable content items.
  • Social Selling campaigns via LinkedIn Sales Navigator. So you start working with a lead list and try to convert these leads into trials.
  • Devising and developing marketing campaigns aimed at a specific market; using data to continuously improve campaigns.

Lead Nurturing

Your job is to devise lead nurture campaigns and determine how to get from cold prospects to warm leads. You will also support our Sales team in devising smart communications to nurture existing trial users. You do all this through the creation of workflows in Active Campaign and/or HubSpot.

You have

  • At least a completed Bachelor’s degree, preferably in marketing and/or commerce;
  • More than 4 years of experience in a position involving SEO, SEA, Google Analytics, Google Search Console and social advertisements;
  • Knowledge of WordPress;
  • Knowledge of Active Campaign, experience with HubSpot is a big plus;
  • It is a great advantage if you also have knowledge and experience within the Data-science area;
  • You enjoy devising and setting up marketing campaigns and you have a natural interest in everything that has to do with marketing;
  • You are creative, ambitious, and result-oriented;
  • You can easily write appealing and catchy content for all kinds of purposes;
  • You feel at home in an informal and ambitious team.
  • You are self-starting and have the drive to learn more
