Bright Cape is growing fast and wants to further expand this growth in the coming years. Our journey started in 2014 with 8 employees initially focusing on the financial domain. Fast forward 8 years later, our company has 56 employees mainly focusing on the manufacturing and logistics & warehousing domains next to the finance and banking industries.  We have been able to experience this growth because of the high customer demand and their trust in data science and user research. And we are not slowing down!  

To keep servicing our customers and providing them with the best data-driven solutions, we are expanding our team on a continuous basis. As an HR Business Partner and Talent Acquisition, you will among others contribute to taking our HR vision to the next level.

You are responsible for 

  •  Ownership of the complete employee journey including the hiring process (recruitment, hiring, pre-, and onboarding). 
  •  Act as a sparring partner for management with regard to recruitment and selection and the (strategic) HR Policy. 
  •  Devise, execute and/or implement the strategic HR themes such as development, growth, and retention of employees.   
  • Professionalize, automate and update HR administration & policies based on trends and based on changes in labor law.  
  •  Further develop Bright Academy to encourage continuous learning.   
  •  Monitor overview and maintain relationships with recruitment partners, talent and flex pools.

Our expectations 

  • You have at least 3 years of work experience, preferably in a growing, young and ambitious company. 
  • A completed Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in the graduate field of HR or a related field. 
  • You are a strong communicator and speak and write English and Dutch at a professional level. 
  • You know how to connect with people, the organization, and the culture. 
  • You are proactive, organized, and entrepreneurial, and you value lifelong learning for yourself and others. 
  • You have an affinity with data and consultancy. 
  • Trust and integrity are your number one priorities.  
  • You are available for a minimum of 32 hours a week. 
  • Understanding labor law, legislation and regulations, and developments regarding international employees is an advantage. 
  • Speaking Dutch is a very strong preference

We are a data consultancy firm located in Eindhoven & Amsterdam with a European reach. We use data science and human-centered design to reach operational excellence for our customers. Explore, Extract, Embed, and Educate is what we do. Explore our customer’s data maturity, Extract value out of our customer’s data, Embed (Bright Cape proprietary) solutions into our customer’s processes & governance, and Educate them to get familiar with data analytics and our solutions. Our main strengths lie in the manufacturing, logistics & warehousing, finance, and banking industries.

Bottom line: We help companies increase their revenue, diminish their costs, and increase their process efficiency through Data Analytics & Science, Human-Centered Design, and Process Mining. Besides, we are constantly working on various astonishing Europe-wide innovation projects which have led to several innovative products.
