Lead Process Mining Consultant

Are you our new Lead Process Mining Consultant?

Our process mining team is expanding and we are therefore looking for a Lead Process Mining Consultant to join us! Process mining provides transparency in how operational processes are actually running and is the first step in creating meaningful change through data-driven insights. We dare to challenge the perception of our customers on their process performance and help them in leveraging various tools such as Celonis, UiPath, Aris, Signavio and others, to deliver data insights.

We assist customers along the complete journey: from determining whether & where Process Mining can add value all the way up to the implementation. We are eager to expand our already impressive customer base and want you to be part of it!

What is expected of you

  • You give guidance and participate in the execution of projects on (key) customer accounts
  • You maintain relations with customers on the level of senior management and are considered a valuable sparring partner
  • You support in presales activities
  • You support in the development of Process Mining, such that it fits the strategy of Bright Cape, but most importantly is able to solve the challenges of the customers
  • You develop standards to increase effectiveness and efficiency
  • You coach and train individuals and teams on the job to contribute to personal and Bright Cape’s growth

You are

  • A self-starter and problem solver, able to shape your own projects and deliver to plan (get things done)
  • A role model to others, able to bring out the best of the people you work with, demonstrating proficiency in ‘hard’ (process mining, project management) and ‘soft’ (stakeholder/change management) skills and impeccable work ethics
  • Analytical and structured

You have

  • A background in Data Science / Mathematics / Econometrics / Analytics or a related field
  • A proven track record in delivering process improvement/process mining projects and leading change
  • 5 to 8 years of work experience in a relevant industry
  • Successfully managed others (line responsibility)
  • Knowledge of end-to-end processes, such as order-to-cash and purchase-to-pay, and the skills to improve them (lean six sigma background preferred)
  • Experience in identifying and supporting sales efforts (preferred)
  • Been working for an advisory/consultancy company or as an internal consultant for a multinational (preferred)
  • You communicate easily in Dutch and English (both written and spoken)
