Lead Process Mining Consultant

Within our data analytics & science team, we are also specifically looking for Process Mining consultants. Bright Cape is the preferred consultant for both large (e.g. Celonis, UiPath) and smaller (e.g. PAF, Disco) tools. We assist customers along the complete journey: from determining whether & where Process Mining can add value all the way up to the implementation. We are eager to expand our already impressive customer base and want you to be part of it!

You are responsible for

  • Planning & execution of customer projects
  • Meeting/exceeding customer expectations and internal standards for delivering quality, time, and budget
  • Managing and developing others, including providing on the job training/ coaching
  • Developing standards & (standard) solutions
  • Creating cross-sell and on-sell opportunities at customers

You are

  • A self-starter and problem solver, able to shape your own projects and deliver to plan (get things done)
  • A role model to others, able to bring out the best of the people you work with, demonstrating proficiency in ‘hard’ (process mining, project management) and ‘soft’ (stakeholder/change management) skills and impeccable work ethics

You have

  • A background in Data Science / Mathematics / Econometrics / Analytics or a related field
  • A proven track record delivering successfully in process mining projects and leading change
  • 5 to 8 years of work experience in a relevant industry
  • Successfully managed others (line responsibility)
  • Knowledge of end-to-end processes, such as order-to-cash and purchase-to-pay, and the skills to improve them (lean six sigma background preferred)
  • Experience in identifying and supporting sales efforts (preferred)
  • Been working for an advisory/consultancy company or as an internal consultant for a multinational (preferred)
