Our process mining team is expanding, and we are therefore looking for a Senior and a Lead Technical Consultant Process Mining.
Process mining is all about shining a light on how operational processes really work—so businesses can use that data to drive real, meaningful change. We’re known for challenging the way our customers think about their processes, helping them use tools like Celonis, UiPath, Aris, Signavio (and others!) to unlock powerful insights.

- You are involved in presales activities, helping us bring in new business
- You help shape our Process Mining capabilities to align with Bright Cape’s strategy, but more importantly, to solve real customer challenges

You are

- Independent and a team player
You have
- A Masters’ degree in Finance, Data Science, Management, Econometrics, Analytics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
- Solid experience in Celonis, other process mining software is considered a very nice plus
- A proven track record in delivering process improvement and value with a large data driven component to it
- Approximately 3 to 9 years of work experience in a relevant industry
- Hands-on experience in data integration, data transformation, managing & validating data pipelines, building case centric and object centric data models
- Excellent data visualization literacy
- Knowledge of end-to-end processes, such as order-to-cash, purchase-to-pay, and SAP tables
- Expert knowledge of and solid hands-on experience in SQL and PQL
- Been working for an advisory/consultancy company or as an internal consultant for a multinational is a plus as well
- Fluent communication skills in English, where Dutch is considered a plus
