Do you get excited about data-driven decision-making, process optimization, and working with clients to achieve measurable results and added value? Then the role of Process Mining Consultant is perfect for you. As a Process Mining consultant, you will support our diverse network of clients to understand their processes based on data from their IT systems. Process mining provides transparency in how operational processes are actually running and is the first step in creating meaningful change through data-driven insights. We dare to challenge the perception of our customers on their process performance and help them in leveraging various tools such as Celonis, UiPath, Aris, Signavio, and others to deliver data insights.  

As a process mining consultant, every assignment is different, and you will learn the intricacies of various processes & industries across our customer portfolio. We assist customers along the complete journey: from determining whether & where Process Mining can add value all the way up to the implementation. We are eager to expand our already impressive customer base and want you to be part of it!

You have 

• A background in Data Science / Industrial Engineering / Operations Management & Logistics / Econometrics / Mathematics / Analytics or a related field 
• 0 – 2 years of work experience 
• Experience in translating complex data into meaningful insights 
• You communicate easily in Dutch and English (both written and spoken) 

Preferred (but not required): 

• Knowledge of one or more Process Mining tools 
• Experience with a scripting language like Python 
• Knowledge of querying languages like SQL and database software, like SAP/SAS
