Some of the topics our data analysts have been working on over the past year include:
- Developing a control channel and an accompanying dashboard to provide insights into financial processes.
- Automatic customer screening by combining internal and external data sources.
- Setting the dashboarding standard in multiple factories from operational to managerial level for a worldwide statistical process control implementation of a large multinational.
- Developing a financial overview dashboard for an investment company that supports in keeping track of the financial performance of the different participations.

You are responsible for
- Guide a diverse group of customers on their data journey and in their digital transformation
- Scope, plan, and lead projects, including:
- Gather requirements and information from stakeholders
- Pro-actively inform stakeholders with new insights based on your research
- Enable your colleagues to execute the project efficiently and effectively
- Create (data) analyses of business processes thereby identifying bottlenecks, waste, and opportunities
- Create value-adding interactive dashboards (mostly in PowerBI or Spotfire) that will be deployed in operation instead of writing reports and that will enable organizations to make fact-based decisions
- Provide end-user training to handover your developed dashboards to the client

You are

You have
- Master’s degree or higher in Mathematics, Physics, Econometrics, Business Analytics or a related field
- +/- 3 years of working experience
- Strong analytical skills and statistics knowledge
- Experience with business intelligence software like PowerBI, Spotfire, Tableau or similar tools
- Experienced in using SQL
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with MS Power Automate
- Project management experience
- Experience with working in agile teams
- Ability to define business problems together with the client
- Excellent communication and explanation skills
- You communicate easily in Dutch and English (both written and spoken)
- An entrepreneur with a commercial attitude

It is a bonus if you have:
- Experience with Python and/or R
- Familiar with databases/data warehouses/data lakes and API’s
- Knowledge of machine learning techniques
- Process mining experience
