Lead Technical Consultant Process Intelligence

Our process intelligence team is expanding, and we are therefore looking for a Lead Consultant Process Intelligence. We guide our customers through the whole journey—from figuring out if Process intelligence is the right fit, to full-on implementation. Process intelligence is all about shining a light on how operational processes really work—so businesses can use that data to drive real, meaningful change. We’re known for challenging the way our customers think about their processes, helping them use tools like Celonis, UiPath, Aris, Signavio (and others!) to unlock powerful insights.

What you'll do: 

• You guide and actively take part in key projects for our customer accounts
  • You ensure high quality standards are maintained on all technical aspects in key projects
  • You build and maintain strong relationships with senior management, becoming their go-to partner for ideas and strategy
  • You coach and train individuals and teams on the job to contribute to personal and Bright Cape’s growth
• You are involved in presales activities, helping us bring in new business
• You help shape our Process Intelligence capabilities to align with Bright Cape’s strategy, but more importantly, to solve real customer challenges
• You create standards that boost efficiency and help the team work smarter

You are:

• A self-starter and problem solver, able to shape your own projects and deliver to plan (get things done)l
• A role model to others, able to bring out the best of the people you work with, demonstrating proficiency in ‘hard’ (process intelligence, project management) and ‘soft’ (stakeholder/change management) skills and impeccable work ethics.

You have:

• A Masters’ degree in Finance, Data Science, Management, Econometrics,  Analytics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field;
• Solid experience in Celonis, other process intelligence software is considered a very nice plus;
• 5 years of work experience in a relevant industry;
• Hands-on experience in data integration, data transformation, managing & validating data pipelines, building case centric and object centric data models;
• Expert knowledge of and solid hands-on experience in SQL and PQL;
• Fluent communication skills in English, where Dutch is considered a plus.
